Morphological Analysis of the Nucleus Pulposus Cells from Young and Old Rabbit Intervertebral Disc
Intervertebral disc degeneration is the most common cause of low backpain.The intervertebral disc is a closed structure without blood vessels. Along withthe decline in nutrition of nucleus pulposus cells，a variety of factors such as chronicstress and heredity of intervertebral disc，as the comprehensive factor，madeintervertebral disc easy to be degenerative.Morphology and composition changesof nucleus pulposus cell are the initiating agents for degeneration.
