LTP of C-fiber evoked field potentials in spinal dorsal horn is first reported in 1995.Since then，thepathological significance of the long-lasting enhancement in synaptie wansmission between primaryafferent C-fibers and spinal dorsal horn neurons and the mechanisms underlying the spinal LTP have beeninvestigated by different laboratories．In this article，the related data were summarizcd．
