持可能な社会を目指した下水道の役割
The limits on resources, energy and environmental carrying capacity could be seen coming atpresent, the way a sustainable society should be has been started to seek. To wnvezt our society into arecycling-orientod society, as part of this, sewerage is required to play an important role. In Japan,sewerage has an around 120-year history, during this time, various roles have been added to sewerage bythe needs of the times. In consideration of process of the history, this paper examines the expected rolesof sewerage hereafter.
