The Chinese Association of Smoking and Health (CASH) is now in its fifteenth year of work for thecontrol of tobacco use in your country. As the representative of our organization (China-USA Health Project)I want to congratulate the leaders of CASH, and all the public health workers throughout China, for yourstrong efforts to get control of the tobacco problem which is causing so much disease and death in yourcountry, as it is in mine.
