The ECR Endless Casting Rolling process is the latest innovation in minimills for speciality steel and commercial steel long products.It enables uninterrupted production from liquid steel to the finished product,including on-line heat trestments and inspection procedures which lead to substantial cash-cost saving average 40 Euro/ton in speciality steel plants(or 20 Euro/ton in the case of commercial steel plants).
