In March of 2004 TANGSHAN Iron&Steel Comade the decision to order a new 5 stand Tandem ColdMill to VAI for their new plant located in Hebeiprovince , People” s Republic of China in Tangshan . Thisdecision is the result of the mutual trust that has devel-oped between the two companies in the past two yearsduring other cold rolling projects such as a reversingmill and a continuous galvanizing line.
