全球化语境下的一个科技、媒体和人类基本价值观的国际系统框架

November 10, 2004 was UNESCO”s ”World Science Day for Peace and Development”. The United Nations draws attention to crises through its dedication of decades, years and days to specific issues and organizing relevant conferences. UNESCO takes the view that ”World Science Day and the activities which accompany it, highlights the important contribution that scientific knowledge makes to society, invites the public to participate in scientific debates and encourages interest in scientific pursuits”(http://www.unesco.org/science/index_wsd_2004.sht ml) The same websites quotes Albert Einstein thus:Concern for man himself and his fate must always form the chief interest of all technical endeavors, concern for the great unsolved problems of the organization of labor and the distribution of goods-in order that the creations of our mind shall be a blessing and not a curse to mankind. Never forget this in the midst of your diagrams and equations.
