The Ezperimental Research of R-Phycoerythrin Subunits on Cancer Treatment: A New Photosensitizer in PDT

摘要：

The mouse tumor cell S180 and human liver carcinomacell SMC 7721 cells were first treated with R-PE andits subunits (a,b,gsubunits), then irradiated withArgon laser (496nm,28.8J/cm2). Survival rate wasmeasured by MTT method. In order to compare thephototoxicity in normalcells, the mouse marrow cells were treated withphotofrin II and b-subunit, irradiated with 45 J/cm2of light; survival rate was also measured by MTT method.
