An Efficient Data Transfer Scheme Using a Middleinterest Node in Wireless Sensor Networks
Recently, the usage of WSN increases to collect necessary information. At that time, the user must consider energy efficiency because many small sensors are limited by battery capacity.Directed Diffusion (DD) is a datacentric routing protocol in wireless sensor network(WSN)that sink node floods the interest to all sensor nodes. And Received interest set gradient that reinforce the most suitable route. These routes minimize the energy consumption in sensor networks. But problem happens for flooding causes too much energy drainage and time waste in DD.This paper aims to resolve the problems of DD,putting middle-interest node(MIN)for middle node to recognize the interests to prevent energy drainage. And time waste caused by repeated flooding every time sink flood the interest. So we propose a new way for transmitting data. The efficiency of this mechanism is based on the mathematical analysis of DD and the proposed method of MIN.In this paper,we propose a new mechanism to decrease the energy drainage and time waste of the node.
