Therefore, economicalautomobile manufacturers of China need have related basic research and innovation inthe basic parts of economic automobile, for example clutch, in this situation, authorintroduces the main problem of diaphragm spring clutch in economical automobile(hereinafter referred to this clutch) and the research ideas. Through failure investigation and statistical analysis of economical automobile diaphragm spring clutch,educing the major problems of economical automobile diaphragm spring clutch,and also offering a detailed study of ideas for the major issue.
