The MRBR Establish for Composite Structure

This paper introduces the process of establishing the Maintenance Review Board Report (MRBR) for composite structure according to MSG-3 analysis method. Mostly it sets forth factors involved in composite structure Environmental Deterioration(ED) rating process, and confirms methods and equipments of inspection for composite structure.
