E.U.Italy versus China:Comparison of the Emergency Systems

The WHOs data highlighted that health depends mainly on life styles (50％), the genome and the pollution (20％ each):only 10％ is due to the cure of patients.Western Countries invest mainly (more than 90％)in the cure and no more then 2％ in life styles.The Authors have been developing a scientific study on Chinese Traditional Medicine and Modern Medicine to verify that the two cure methods need to be integrated in order to give the best answer to the needs of the people,especially to prevent diseases and mainly for the Emergencies.
