经1.5mm角膜切口行人工晶状体后脱位的复位缝合固定术
We descrihe a repositioning and suturing technique for a posteriorly dislocated intraocular lens(IOL)from the anterior or middle vitreous cavity. T”he anterior vitreous body is removed in two steps through 1.Smm corneal incisions，the dislocated IOL is retrieved thmugh corneal incisions，the haptics are externalized for tying knots and then is direc sutured for scleral fixation. Without pare plans vitrectomy or sclerostomy，this new technique minimizes intraoperative maneuvers，reduces the complications，and offers a simple，effective repositioning and suturing method of posteriorly dislocated IOL.
