MONITORING THE PERIOPERATIVE COAGULATION FUNCTION OF CHILDREN WITH CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE AND DISCUSSING THE RELATED CHANGING MECHANISM
Disorder of coagulation function in children with congenital heart disease and the treatment to postoperative bleeding have been paid much attention for a long time. Many factors contribute to development of excessive bleeding in these patients, such as age, disease type, cardiopulmonary bypass. In this study, we investigated the discrimination ofperioperative coagulation function, fibrinolysis, and platelet function in children with different age and different congenital heart disease. We also researched the related changing mechanism and risk factors inducing bleeding. Sonoclot coagulation and platelet function analyzer system was used to monitor the coagulation function of children with acyanotic or cyanotic congenital heart disease, by which we could evaluate the value of this method.
