The Therapeutic Strategies of Enhancing Adiponectin and Lowering Leptin May Be Benefit to Controlling of Atrial Fibrillation
Atrial fibrillation (AF) absolutely is not only a electrocardiophysiologic problem in its mechanisms. Because the substrates and mechanisms contributing to AF are still not very clear, the therapeutic outcomes of AF have not been satisfied even though ablation of pulmonary vein isolation.Recently, it is noticed that there are relationship between occurrence of AF and obesity, metabolic disorders or syndrome, and adiponectin and or leptin associated with adipocytes.
