The effects Tirofiban on no-reflow in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention
OBJECTIVES:To evaluate the effects of tirofiban on no-reflow in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMD undergoing primary percutaneous intervention(PPCI).METHODS:58 consecutive AMI patients undergoing PPCI were divided into two groups randomly:patients in group B is treated with routine procedure of PCI;while group A is pretreatedwith Ttrofiban intravenous bolus 10ug.kg-1,followed by 0.15ug.kg-1.main-1 infusion,and then accepted the routine procedure of PCI.The rate of TIMI 3 grade flow,the corrected TIMI frame count(CTFC)of the two groups were evaluated,and also the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)at thenty days and the in hospital mortality in the two groups were assessed.
