The Twin Cities of Chongqing and Toulouse(France)collaborate since a long time(1981) together in a wide variety of domains from cultural and economical affairs to educational echanges. This article focuses on the field of civil security, and more precisely on Firemen intervention optimization. the system architecture will be described, and its andded value will be analyzed as well as the services provided.
