In the coal-producing countries，coal mining is one of the most important industries，and theproblems associated with progress in mining，namely the transition of mining to deeper，risingdevelopment costs and safety as well as the need for regional environmental protection measures，assume increasingly greater importance.There are also many problems in terms of stable andsafe coal production and the sound development of the coal industry.JCOAL has undertakentechnology development and transfer.
