The construction location of the Shougang Jingtang United Iron&Steel C0.，Ltd．is in Caofeidian，Bohaibay，south of Tangshan city，an area which is lack of flesh water．With the Comprehensive Utilization of Seawater which includes Flue Gas Desulphurization with Seawater，Desalination and Seawater Once-through Cooling，Shougang Jingtang Corporation has solved the problem effectively．
