Supply Chain Bullwhip Effect And Anti Bullwhip Effect Analysis Under The Optimal Inventory Policy
Member of the supply chain determines the optimal order amount and inventory；according its downstream demands.Its rational choice is to minimize the total cost of inventory.This paper assumes supply chain membe~adopt the optimal inventory policy.The meas~ement ofbullwhip effect is the ratio of order variance to demand variance.Totally when demand correlationcoefficient and order lead time increase，the bullwhip effect in the supply chain has becomeobvious.But in a certain interval of demand correlation coefficient and order lead time.there isanti bullwhip effect phenomenon.This study obtained this interval through numerical example andsensitivity analysis.
