Two New Taxanes from Taxus cuspidata Needles and T.canadensis Rooted Cuttings
A novel metabolite with all unprecedented hemiketal ring between C-13 and C-9 and a tsxsne withan amino-side chain on C-5 were isolated from the needles of Taxus euspidata and rooted cuttings of Taxus canadensis，respectively.The structures were characterized as 2，10-diaeetoxy-5 -einnamoyloxy-11.1 -dihydroxy-9 ，13 -epoxlde-taxa-4(20)-ene(1)and 7,9，10.1 -tetraacetoxy-5-”3”-(N-formyl-N-methylamino)-3”-phenylpropanoyl”oxytaxa-4(20)，12-diene(2)on the basis of 1D-，2D-NMR data analysis.The spectra of 2 in CDCl3 solution revealed that 2 composed of two epimers(2 and 3)in a ratio of 2：1 approximately.
