A Novel Taxane with An Unprecedented Skeleton from Taxus cuspidata Needles

摘要：

A novel metabolite with an unprecedented skeleton Was isolated from the needles of Taxus cuspidata．The structure was characterized as 2，7，9，10-tetraacetoxy-5，12-dihydroxy-11，12-secotaxa-4(20)-en-11，13-dione(1)on the basis of 1D and 2D spectrascopic data．
