Sesquiterpenoids Possessing an Unprecedented Skeleton from Roots of Echinops spinosus

摘要：

Echinopine A(1)，a novel sesquiterpenoid with an unprecendented rean,angIemental skeleton named echinopane was isolated from the roots of Echinops spinosus.The structure of 1 were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis.The relative stereochemistry of 1 was assigned by comhination of NOESY correlations and a simulation analysis.Its methyl ester，echinopine B(2)，was also isolated from same source.A possible biosynthetic pathway for echinopine A(1)was discussed.
