Respiratory adverse events are major causes of morbidity and pediatric anaesthesiaone of themortality during.ASA1-2, undergoing elective surge caraiac arresr causes ror anesmcsia fatedcardiac arrests:respiratory events account for77％.Children have lower oxygen reserves because of the higher tendency for airway collapse leading to a decrease in functional residual capacity and an increased susceptibility to hypoxemia.
