BASIC EXPERIENCES IN THE SURGICAL TREATMENT OF CARCINOMA OF THE ESOPHAGUS DURING THE PAST HALF A CENTURY IN CHINA

摘要：

Basic experiences and valuable achievements in the surgical treatment of carcinoma of the esophagus during the past half a century in China are reviewed. Some of the drawbacks in the surgical practice for the treatment of this disease are pointed out and discussed. A proposal in the future analysis of surgical treatment results is raised.
