聚丙烯共混物相容性与应力取向的研究

The phase morphology of bends and orientation of matrix in PP with its polyolefin elastomers as a function of miscibility during dynamic shearing filed was studied by the use of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). To better understand the effect of miscibility on the phase morphology and orientation of matrix in the blends during the processing, dynamic packing injection molding was introduced to orient the dispersed phase and the matrix as well. Macroscopically, shear induced morphology with surface skin, central core and oriented layer between them in the cross-section areas of the samples was observed. The distribution, size and deformation dispersed phase are related to the shear conditions and their miscibility with PP. According to the SEM photographs which are parallel and vertical to the flow direction, we get the three-dimensional phase morphology in these systems. Using the mechanical data of parallel and vertical samples and DSC, the effect of miscibility on the orientation of PP was also approximatively studied.
