AbstractThis paer uses a new method to deal with skin effect problem of tubular bus. Thenumericalformulars for calculating altemating current resistamce are deduced By means of one-dimensionSearch methodit detemnines critical thickness referred tominimum alternating current resistance ofthe bus. The satisfactory calculated results also given in the paper.
