A Study on the Applicability of Korean Jeonse System for Housing Problems in Developing Countries
With rapid urbanization,developing countries need to supply large amounts of housing.However,the supply of housing is not done well because of the poor finances.On the other hand,it is attempting to supply housing for low-income people,but it is not enough both quantitatively and qualitatively because of lack of finances.The purpose of this study is to supply affordable housing for the low-income class by applying Jeonse system to developing countries in need of mass housing supply with rapid urbanization.To do this,we conduct a structural analysis of the Jeonse System and prove that it is the most affordable lease type.It also proposes a program for improved public rental housing and suggests the possibility of supplying more housing with the same financial resources.
