Effective Application of Virtual Learning--A Systematic Analysis
Virtual Reality(VR)provides its users with an interactive computer-generated experience within a simulated environment.VR incorporates auditory and visual messages in its experiences that are motivating and engaging for learning.VR is widely used to improve student learning because it can create a simulated and immersive environment that involves students' multiple sensors in learning,enhances students' online social presence,facilitates collaborative learning,and engages students in immediate responses and interactions for learning.Concept Mapping was applied in the current study to systematically analyze the recent existing literature on VR applications in the classroom in U.S.universities.The results benefit broadly to relevant research,teaching,and learning.
