Learning Analytics Strategies for Deep Learning in Education
Deep learning can achieve deep integration with education through technical means.Learning analytical techniques provide technical support for promoting the integration of deep learning and education.In order to explore how learning analytics can promote the deep integration of deep learning and education,this study designed a deep learning model based on learning analytics and explored the learning analytics strategies for deep learning.The study found that in the description stage of learning analytics,data cleaning,data mining,socialized analysis,and learning dashboard can be used to describe the learning state of students'deep learning; in the diagnosis stage,test,questionnaires,factor analysis,and cluster analysis can be used to diagnose students'problems in deep learning;multiple regression analysis and time-series analysis can be used in the prediction stage to predict whether students have problems in future deep learning; in the prescription stage,visual analysis and personalized recommendation analysis can be used to provide solutions for students'deep learning.
