Analysis on the collapse of the support of the multi-dip-widening dully mechanized caving face

  Huanting Coal Industry Company's Shanzhai Coal Mine has extended the length to 190 m after the 150 m long fully mechanized caving equipment is only supple-mented with support and chutes in order to achieve"one mine shaft and one coal mining face",increase production rate,reduce drivage rate,ease mining and continuation,and reduce moving.The long 25021 fully mechanized top surface was tested.The results show that the mine pressure in the middle of the extended working face is severe,and the coal wall piece and the front of the frame are severely damaged,causing the column of the column to be crushed and the working face to stop.In addition,the unsatisfactory maintenance of the support,the increase of the yield pressure in the middle of the working face,and the frequent occurrence of the rof of the roof caused by the coal wall slabs lead to the crushing of the working surface support.After replacing the new col-umn,perfecting the hydraulic system,and replacing the high-power motor and high-strength anchor chain,the working surface advancement tends to be normal,and the support crush is suppressed.In response to the lessons learned from the expan-sion of the fully mechanized caving face in the Shanzhai Coal Mine,Huating Coal Com-pany decided to invest huge sums of money to equip the extended fully mechanized ca-ving face with high yield pressure supports and high-power scraper conveyors and im-prove the level of intelligence to ensure the realization of the Shanzhai Coal Mine.A well-side development model.
