Adsorption of chestnut shell activated carbon on printing and dyeing waste-water
Printing and dyeing waste-water has become a printing and dyeing industry must face up to the problem.Using activated carbon to adsorb printing and dyeing waste-water is a reasonable and effective method,which has the advantages of simple operation,low cost and easy availability of activated carbon raw material.Activated carbon with chestnut shell was used to adsorb reactive bright red and weak base brilliant blue in dyeing waste-water.By changing the production of activated carbon and adsorption process parameters: impregnation ratio,impregnation time,activation temperature,activation time,to determine the adsorption of two kinds of dyes activated carbon adsorption rules,the best activated carbon.In this paper,the feasibility of activated carbon using chestnut shell as raw material was studied,the influencing factors of activated carbon adsorption were analyzed,and the application of activated carbon in printing and dyeing waste-water was prospected.
