Vertical Guidance Design of Flight Management System in Civil Transport Aircraft

　　Navigation technology of PBN(Performance Based Navigation)on FMS(Flight Management System)vertical navigation of civil transport aircraft is introduced. Design method of vertical guidance law within FMS is interpreted, including path guidance and speed guidance. Path guidance is used to guarantee the TSE(Total System Error)of vertical navigation and speed guidance guarantees the RTA(Required Time of Arrival). Eventually the simulation of MATLAB is done to verify the guidance law.
