Structural Topography Optimization in Frequency Domain Analysis
While optimization design in static analysis,modal analysis and frequency response analysis has been extensively investigated,the application associated with random vibration is relatively unexplored.This paper studies a topographical optimization process flow associated with random vibration analysis by using software Altair HyperMeshTM and Altair OptiStructTM.The research focuses on using various bead structure enhancing stiffness of metal sheet part on a data center server without adding extra material.The findings suggested that the response of root mean square displacement derived from random vibration can directly affect the bead structural distribution and objective deformation.
