Application and Improvement of Mathematical Production Rate Prediction Model in Polymer Flooding Field
Numerical simulation is widely used for production rate prediction in polymer flooding field.It needs to build a geological model,make history matching and carry out subsequent track adjustment to predict production rate.Accuracy of this method is high,but workload is large and period is long,which can't meet the planning requirements.In this paper,improved generalized Weng prediction model is ap-plied to production rate prediction in polymer flooding field.It puts forward a new method for production rate prediction in different stages of polymer flooding field.Combined with practical data,the oil produc-tion rate in seeing-effect stage and water-cut-rerising stage is matched and predicted.The result shows that two-segment prediction method is better and more precise after improvement,whose error is lower than the prediction model by 5.31 percent,only at 1.48 percent.The two-segment prediction method can adapt to the needs of enterprises in manufacturing and meet the demand of planning,which can guide the oilfield development and has generalized value.
