Development and Application of Surfactant/Polymer Compound Flooding in Double High Period Oilfield
Surfactant/polymer flooding is an advanced chemical flooding developed in recent years,with its formulation design different from polymer flooding and ASP flooding;but now,evaluation of SP formula-tion system is not sufficient,limiting research and application of the system.In this paper,high viscosity system surfactant interfacial activity evaluation method is developed,evaluation and optimization technol-ogies of SP flooding formulation system in terms of viscoelasticity,interfacial property,compatibility and displacement efficiency are established.Through research on waterflooded mature oilfield in Block J with super-high permeability and double high period,SP flooding formulation with high viscoelasticity,strong interfacial activity and high displacement efficiency is developed.Physical simulation shows that the for-mulation can increase displacement efficiency by over 25%.Field tests were conducted in 24 injection wells and 35 production wells.By SP flooding,daily oil production rose from 47 t to 350 t,with daily oil increment of 303 t;composite water cut decreased from 97.9%to 81.7%;cumulative oil increment was 228 000 t;staged recovery percent increased by 6%,oil recovery predicted to be enhanced by 15.6%.
