Research and Practice on Optimization Method of Chemical Flooding Concentration in Offshore S Oilfield During High Watercut Period

  In 2003,Bohai S oilfield was the first oil field to use chemical flooding to enhance oil recovery.And it has been popularized in L and J oil fields,which has formed a certain development scale.At the ini-tial stage of chemical flooding,the uniform injection parameters were used in S oilfield.With the middle and late period of chemical flooding,the oil field has entered the high water cut period.Due to the differ-ence of aeolotropism between different well groups,the effective response was quite different.Uniform in-jection parameters restricted the late development of polymer flooding.On the basis of fine historical fit-ting,different effective periods were divided,and the injection concentration was preliminarily optimized with reference to injection pressure.Starting from the basic principle of the control mobility of chemical flooding,integrated the relationship between injection concentration and viscosity,coefficient of permea-bility decline,drawing on the relative permeability curve of oil field at the same time,and innovative to map out the theoretical map of minimum chemical flooding concentration under different water cut to fur-ther optimize injection concentration.Based on the above research,a new method for optimizing injection concentration of chemical flooding was developed.This technology has been applied to S chemical flooding oil field in Bohai,and it has shown obvious effect of precipitation and oil increase,and saved the amount of dry powder.Up to now,10 well groups have been implemented,of which the water cut of the typical well group has decreased by 3%,and daily oil production increased 50 m3/d;the cumulative increase in oil pro-duction in the whole oil field reached 15 000 m3,and the saved dry powder consumption is 61 t.It has great reference significance for carrying out tertiary oil recovery in similar offshore oilfields.
