Study on Performance of CCA100 Polymer Plugging Agent
Oil wells need to be blocked by underground operations because of casing damage,casing out of the casing,and high water content in the production layer.However,traditional plugging agents are diffi-cult to transport to the upper space of the wellbore due to gravity sedimentation characteristics,and CCA100 polymer plugging agents can infiltrates deeper into the formation and conducts partial sealing,ef-fectively increasing the effectiveness of plugging and the success rate.Through the blocking agent system curing time test,the curing time at different temperatures,and the system compressive strength test of different dispersion materials.The results show:CCA100 polymer blocking agent,along with the reduc-tion of curing initiator C60,the curing time is prolonged;the amount of initiator can be adjusted at differ-ent temperatures to meet the requirements of different well conditions;although the strength of the dis-persion material added to the CCA100 polymer system dispersion system is reduced,it is still higher than that of the cement stone.CCA100 polymer blocking agent has high strength and good sealing effect.
