Evaluation of Legal Protection for European Consumers in E-commerce
This paper critically evaluates whether European consumers are provided with adequate legal protection when they participate in e-commerce.Through analysing and comparing cases,Directives and lectures,this paper introduces an overview of the procedural protection and substantial protection for European consumers in e-commerce and puts forward the proposal of paying more attention to coordinating the interests among all parties.
