Using Electric-source Ground-airborne Transient Electromagnetic System on Nanjiang Graphite Mining Area
The Electric-source Ground-airborne transient electromagnetic system is a synthetic system, which using ground long wire to transmit current, and collect data with control points on the ground (Ground-wire TEM) and continuously collect data (Semi-airborne TEM) in the air.Firstly, this paper carried out theoretical research and field experiments to obtain the optimal device parameters, for example, transmit current, offset, and the length of source.Secondly, based on graphite ore mineralization relative to the physical characteristics of surrounding rock of low resistivity and high polarization, the exploration experiment of Electric-source Ground-airborne transient electromagnetic system on Nanjiang graphite mining area was carried out, and the experimental data were inversed and explained by the Self-developed software, which realized the joint interpretation of ground-air transient electromagnetic data.According to this experimental, the extension of the surface and underground concealed ore body in the mining area is ascertained, and this experiment indicates that Ground-airborne transient electromagnetic system is a synthetic, efficient and suitable method for the exploration of the complex terrain conditions.
