　　Planets oblateness theory is a branch of theoretical astrophysics, the earth is also an object of study for the Earth, which is not only the earth surveying the research object, the theory of geophysical research object.Planets of the flat rate are related not only with its own angular velocity, and other factors, such as their internal structure or the density distribution related to the situation.Planets oblateness theories of solar system objects, the main model are rotating fluids and Elastic model.
