The Life Cycle Cost Control Based on BIM

　　Due to the lack of communication of the project process, the traditional cost control is not only inefficient, but also cant reach the purpose of increasing the project economic benefits.On the basis of the full life cycle management concept and BIM technology as the core, a complete framework of whole life cycle of engineering project cost control system, which expounds the various stages of the cost control method, is formed form a complete framework of whole life cycle of engineering project cost control system.As long as the problem of controlling the cost of BIM can be solved, this system to our cost management of BIM will play a huge role.
