On the Effects of Higher Education on Hard Power,Soft Power and Smart Power-Based on Information Complex Holographic Person Perspective
Person is the logical starting point, the initial impetus, the core element and the final destination point to research on economic and social development.Information Complex Holographic Person hypothesis is the inevitable product of the knowledge economy, the information age, the virtual world, smarter Planet and the network society.Humans practical activity is doing things.States associated with humans practical activity can be divided into 3 categories: state of matter, state of affair and the state of information.The system power formed by humans participation can be divided into 3 types: hard power, soft power and smart power, and it can also be further divided into 5 levels: littoscopic power, microscopic power, macroscopic power, cosmoscopic power and bulgoscopic power.Smart power is constituted by six powers and three degrees.The six powers refer to talent power, information power, network power, science and technology power, innovation power and intellectual power (or thinking power).The three degrees refer to the holographic degree, the fractal degree and the emergence degree.In addition to the 4 basic functions, namely, talent cultivation, scientific research, social services and cultural heritage, higher education also has the functions as thought cradle, ecological civilization, international exchange and cooperation and happy life and harmonious society.The effects of higher education (including higher vocational education) on the three powers are mainly 8 powers the 8 dimensions correspond: personnel training power, scientific and technological innovation power, social service power, cultural heritage power, the cradle of thought emergence power, ecological balance sustainability power, harmonious society and happy life integrating power, international exchange and cooperation affinity power.
