Ways to raise revenue commercial properties
With the development of market economy and more refined labor division of the real estate, the commercial property has become a special property whose building area just after the residence in the cities.However, Chinas commercial property development and management has been the weak link in the real estate development, whether operation or management there are some less-than-satisfactory.This paper analyzes and discusses the problems of Chinas commercial properties in the development process, and put forward some personal views on how to improve the commercial property management revenue and recommendations.
