Research of Academic Information Service Platform for University Based on Academic Information Needs

摘要：

　　In this paper,we propose a new method to mine the academic information needs from huge amount of bibliometric data.Academic Information Service Platform is designed which is composed of Bibliometric System,Expert Recommendation System,Journal Recommendation System,Conference Recommendation System and Information Service Delivery System,in order to display the situation of scientific research dynamically,provide convenient navigation and search for academic entity,and delivery academic information service periodically.
