Research on Application of Hall Integrated Sensors
This essay study that in magnetic field and current intensity, measurement, work of electric motor regulating speed applied by Hall integrated sensor shows that in electrical machinery electric circuit control and automatic control system, using Hall integrated sensor has stable properties, high reliability, good temperature stable properties, anti-pollution, without touch dot, etc advantages, comparing with traditional automatic control electric circuit has obvious advantages.It attaches importance to many people in practical use.As is known to all, relay control system extensively used in the production, because of its many mechanical contact dots, complicated wiring, low reliability, high wasted work and when productive technological process change, we must design and change control line again, its general properties and flexibility properties is not good, therefore it cant satisfy complicated and changeable control demand in modern production process day by day.Hall sensor is a kind of magnetism sensor, today it has developed into variety of products.Because of its small volume, light weight, small wasted work, wide frequency respond, standing pollution, standing vibration, standing corrosion and Hall linear devices high precision, good linear degree, switch device has not touch dot, without wear and tear, without shake, clear output waveform shifting positions high precision(up to um degree).Because of Hall sensors unique advantages, it is extensively accepted by many people and it is applied to various control field of national economy.
