Soft Power Values of Higher Education Institutions Ideological and Political Education and the Realization Approach

摘要：

　　The ideological and political education in HE institutions generates multiple values in respect to soft power in terms of political identification cultivation,cultural competitiveness enhancement,effective integration of the society,populaces quality development,national spirit construction,and so on.The main approach to the realization of soft power in connection with ideological and political education is to:promote localization,contemporaneity,and popularity of Marxism in China; intensify the education on core value systems of socialism; carry out civic education;and strengthen and improve ideological and political education.
