CONSTRUCTION OF BIVARIATE N-DIMENSIONAL ORTHOGONAL MULTISCALING FUNCTIONS

　　In this paper,we construct a two-dimensional orthogonal multiscaling function by using n filters and a two-dimensional orthogonal single scaling function,and several equivalent conditions are received.Finally,for the study on a special FIR filters,the method of this construction is effective from an example.
