Application of Non-metallic Composite Pipes in Oilfields in China
Application of non-metallic pipe systems in oilfields in China was discussed in this paper.Firstly,kinds of composite pipes mostly used in Chinese oilfields were introduced and consumption of composite pipes of different kinds in oilfields from China National Petroleum Corporation,the largest oil&gas corporation in China,was reviewed.Secondly,problems of composite pipes in service and main reasons were discussed,and some suggestions were also given.Finally,future application of non-metallic pipes in oilfields in China was forecast.
