The Analysis and Strategy of Influence Factors on Hidden Dangers of Safety Production Behavior Based on the Improved C-HIP Model in the Modern Work Mode of Chinas Manufacturing Industry
With the continual improvement of the hardware reliab ility tech nique, t here are fewer accidents ca used directly by m echanical failure a nd more impacts of hum an factors on ente rprises safety production sy stem. The rese arch on influe nee factors on hidden da ngers of sa fety pro duction behavior is needed ur gently in Chinas new o rganizational circumstances to enha nee timeliness and accuracy of analyses of hi dden da ngers o f safety production behavior in the teamwork situation, to help managers remove rel evant hi dden behavior haza rds effectively and reduce the loss caused by accidents. In this paper, influence factors on hi dden da ngers of safety production behavior are analyzed comprehensively in them odem workm ode ofC hinasm anufacturing industry, mainly including internal, external and team factors, with a co mbination o f team work traits an d improved C HIP (C ommunication and Human-Information P rocessing) m odel fr om t he perspective of individual information communication, processing and appropriate st rategies and solutions are proposed.
